Lower Township - A man unlawfully enters a home in Villas. The complainant goes to court four times over this which, in our eyes, he is a criminal. There were kids in this house and the husband was working. Every time the complainant showed up for court they would try to get her to drop the charges on a guy with a prior history of the same offences. If someone tells a prosecutor 'no, I don't want to drop the charges,' no means no. This CMC municipal justice system has to stop. These people are reckless with a justice system they think is their own. They make up their own guidelines. Sad for the people.
