The majority party in Lower Twp.

Lower Township - The majority party in Lower Twp. seems to enjoy having studies to support their positions. The MUA dissolution study is a good example. The only problem is that these studies cost the taxpayers money. The $15,000 cost is real money and not the theoretical million dollar savings that the mayor and council spout. Why don't we have a study on the deplorable roads, flooding problems, crime, etc.?
