Lower Township - The Lower Twp. pool referendum is an end run by those connected with the high school. Remember, the high school tried to get us to pay for a pool and it was turned down. Lower Twp. is a middle-class town. We can't afford such luxuries. Most of us are not retired government workers with second government jobs earning over $100,000 a year.
