Lower Township - Lower Twp. Elementary teachers: The slow process of fixing the salary guide has begun. It will however take some time; just be patient. The negotiating tactics of a couple of retired gentlemen will take time to correct. The travesty was that so many of us paid NJEA union dues, whilst being so poorly represented over the past several contracts by these individuals.
