Lower Township - Since Lower Township is unwilling or unable to save the land near the Ponderlodge preserve, the County should offer to buy it for what the owner is asking. The State should just take the land by force as a last resort and compensate the owner for fair market value. The last thing Lower needs is more new houses and the flooding, higher taxes, and loss of quality of life that comes with more residential development. The land by the Ponderlodge needs to be saved by any means necessary.
