Lower Township - To the Lower Township spouter who wants to privatize trash removal: Stop and think about the overall service provided by Lower Township when it comes to trash removal, and the great recycling facility. I come from an area where we have expensive, privatized trash removal, no recycling center, no free top soil, no free mulch and no free means to get rid of electronic equipment.
