Lower Township, elimination of our own animal control officer wa

Lower Township - Lower Township, elimination of our own animal control officer was a mistake in my opinion. The agency that does it now does not seem to be doing a very good job, and a Township the size of Lower needs someone who will respond, not make excuses, and start fining people who do not clean up after their animal’s, and allow them to be in places they shouldn’t be. Don Montgomery did a fantastic job as our previous control officer. Tough shoes to fill, but we deserve better than what we are getting.
