Lower Township - Lower Township Council should be ashamed for trying to circumvent the public process. On May 18, at the required second reading of the Beach Ordinance, the people expressed opposition and the ordinance was tabled. At the next meeting, council announced a special meeting at a non-regular time, 4 p.m. Why hold a special meeting for this ordinance when all other readings are held at regularly scheduled meetings?
