Lower Township - The Lower Township comment on Air B&B owners moving into a neighborhood and "shoving" homeowners out. First. We buy homes that are up for sale. Second. We are not "shoving out" when a family is putting their home up for sale. I am not sure where you are going with this, but YOU have every opportunity, just like US, to buy a home that is for sale and make a good investment in the neighborhood. Third. Show me one Air B&B or other Vacation Rental Property that isn't an improvement in the neighborhood. WE don't make waves like YOU and some others that have issues with the new trend in the area.
