Lower Township - Just look at Spout Off; taxes, school board problems, drug problems, "free housing" breeds crime, more taxes, methadone clinics, and on and on! Do what I'm about to do, move! I'll say it before you do, good riddance. Look what has happened to Cape May County, it's sad. It used to be a beautiful place. If you think it's going to get better, guess again. Before property values plummet even more, I'm doing what thousands have done, go!
