Lower Township - 'Just a few words on those so-called "privacy fences" which seem so commonplace these days. They probably became popular at the same time bikinis, sun bathing, and air conditioning did. What people don't realize is that they are like solid walls, preventing natural light, warmth, and air flow. God forbid, World War 3 ever hits, and creating things like rolling blackouts, and people having to rely on opening their windows, or going out into the yard to stay cool (again)! Let's start requiring open picket, or chain link fences instead, ok?
