Lower Township - Jim Neville is "not for disturbing the dunes!" Morey continues to argue in favor of his sidewalk as the answer to a "serious safety issue." He claimed at the last council meeting that Dr. Farrell said that the project would not have a negative impact on the dunes or flooding. I did not hear the Stockton's "dune guru" say that, I heard him say that "the dune is essential. I agree with you 100 percent and I think the town does too, that the dune is absolutely essential." Neville is right on. If there is a safety issue, let's fix it without disturbing the dunes.
