Lower Township - It's poor land stewardship when town zoning officials turn a blind eye to Industrial-type to construction outfits illegally storing their equipment and materials on land zoned for residential or general business (commercial) use. That's a good way to rundown a neighborhood, and or what? Low cost housing? There's plenty of land for that along the undeveloped stretch of Star Ave. Quit sucking the equity out of redidential properties & profiting off your neighbors' backs!
