It would great if Judy from Lower Township Parks and Recreation

Lower Township - It would great if Judy from Lower Township Parks and Recreation would return "full time" because no one can replace her over the winter. ! This is what we see every day along the road to Douglass Park, and perhaps the LTPD could make more of a presence there and catch these lawbreakers. I thought drinking and smoking weed while operating a vehicle was against the law? And yes, the smell of weed is obvious as well. Perhaps the LTPD will do something when someone gets hurt!
