Is it true that 20 new homes are being built on Ponderlodge?

Lower Township - Is it true that 20 new homes are being built on Ponderlodge? Does the Zoning and Planning Board have any foresight that perhaps open park space and permeable land might be a healthier option for this community than 20 new homes that will be lived in four weeks out of the year? Money always seems to triumph over the environment. Sorry kids, no spot left to bike and play, but look at those town homes. Disgusting.
