Lower Township - It should not be your neighbor or whomever to call code enforcement on anybody. You as a resident of the township should take some pride in the community and keep your grass cut, property clean, and junk cars taken away. The problem is too many renters and absentee landlords just don't care about what people see around the house and homeowners around them have to deal with declining sale prices on their homes and this causes problems. If someone other than code enforcement asked you to clean your property, that would only cause more resentment, as you would be offended.
