Lower Township - Is it the right thing to do for the Lower Township officials to give out telephone numbers of concerned citizens who call in to express their concerns of illegal construction that was done in the township? Then to not even take notice of sink and shower water being pumped right out above ground, and the shower water is coming from apartment rooms built without permits.
