Lower Township - I'm wondering why Lower Township MUA can send out late notices with late fees to your account for non-payment but they didn't notify customers that they closed the P.O. Box you mail your payment to. Because I pay online with a bank check they just returned it to the bank. It wasn't till I called the office that they told me they would remove the late fee.
