Lower Township - If anyone complains about playing patriotic music too loud when a flag is lowering, they should find themselves a new country. I am a veteran and participate at the Cove in Cape May flag lowering and will salute the flag when being lowered. How disturbing for anyone to have complained. I wish it was year round.
