Lower Township - If any of you are following the Daniel Penny trial, the only reason this went to trial is because Mr. Penny is "White" and the dead man is "Black", That's it! But they don't care. And, I'll bet the New Yorkers will convict him, even after the evidence is way overwhelming Mr. Penny was trying to protect people on the subway. I personally sent $100.00 to his go fund me page for legal expenses, this Marine needs help. The cards are stacked against him in NY, the NYC DA is prejuidiced.
