Lower Township - I would like to thank all the wonderful volunteers of the Escape the Cape Triathlon - in the water, at the Ferry, and on the course. The sponge girls at the 5-mile turnaround - you rock! Thanks to my fellow Lower Township residents for allowing this event to happen and giving up the roadways for one early Sunday morning. It is an awesome event that brings people from all over the United States. I overheard many athletes complementing how nice our area is.
