Lower Township - I watched as Lower Township filled holes on our road after water main fix. Five men, over two hours, brought large backhoe and a rolling compactor. Waited for asphalt truck over 1.5 hours. Didn't sweep road. Three men in shorts dealing with hot asphalt. No wonder our municipality wastes money.
