I was so impressed March 6, seeing animal control in Lower Towns

Lower Township - I was so impressed March 6, seeing animal control in Lower Township patrolling for outdoor dogs. I stopped to speak to a very nice young lady about what she was looking for. Thank God there are people who do this. Why would anyone keep a dog outside in this weather? I hope people will call in to police if they see any dogs outside this week. So sad.
