Lower Township - I waited until all the leaves were off the trees. I then took 20 bags of leaves to the dump. A week later, I took 10 bags. This week, six bags. It never ends because everyone's leaves laying in the street waiting to be picked up, blow into my yard. They were supposed to be picked up over a month ago. By the time the township picks them up, they won't be leaf piles anymore. They will be mulch piles. Maybe that's the plan.
