Lower Township - I think the Supreme Court will find Trumps civil rights have been violated by the New York City Judge in Trumps recent sham trial. He suffered Depravation of Rights Under Color of Law. Section 242 title 18. This stature applies to federal, state, local officials acting within their official authority, but importantly, it explicitly covers those purporting or pretending to perform those official duties while depriving a person of civil rights. If/when the Supreme Court rules in Trumps favor, I think we will see the case Tee’d up for these officials prosecuted by the incoming AG. I see charges.
