Lower Township - I stopped at a place for breakfast Nov. 24. While I was there, I saw a Lower Township municipal truck parked there at 8:30. As I had breakfast, two county employees sat and ate till 9:30. These are the entitlements that county workers cost taxpayers. What time do these people get breaks and how long? Time to monitor these people more.
