Lower Township - I see Lower Township is flushing hydrants again. That's several days of rust-colored water that doesn't clear up until early evening. You can't do wash without staining your clothes. Who would want to cook, bathe or even brush your teeth with this rusty water? Why can't the flushing be done at night? That way the water would start to clear up before people get up in the morning.
