I see that an 18 yr old Philly girl, along with 4 of her friends

Lower Township - I see that an 18 yr old Philly girl, along with 4 of her friends, were arrested for shop lifting over $1800.00 worth of merchandise. The 18 yr old escaped her hand cuffs twice. She fought with police. Biting and kicking 2 officers. Requiring hospital treatment for the officers. She is now out on unsecured bail. Unsecured Bail ??. Really. Does anyone actually believe she'll show up for court?
