Lower Township - I recently toured a home for purchase. The crawl space was full of mold and my agent reported it to the listing agent. Seven contracts were submitted and the listing agent didn’t inform the potential buyers or the agents. I contacted the broker, who did not care and said they would only divulge if found by an expert. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know what mold looks like nor does the RE Commission require it is determined by an expert. I hope the community proceeds with great caution upon purchasing a home in the area. Do their due diligence. And always report any defects.
