I read many spout offs regarding the continuing nuisance of dogs

Lower Township - I read many spout offs regarding the continuing nuisance of dogs being allowed on the Washington Str mall in Cape May. Just because your carrying your dog doesn’t mean that’s allowed. Again, no enforcement of this rule and complete blatant disregard of a rule from the public that doesn’t care what you think. I suggest impounding the owner at the animal shelter and if they can’t read an eye chart they stay impounded.
