Lower Township - I heard the Diocese is selling St. Anne's convent. If that's the case, it's the perfect place for a homeless shelter, already equipped with living spaces. Perhaps the Diocese of Camden can get grants to allow it to fund a shelter. No other plans for a homeless shelter in this county have come to fruition.
