I have to totally agree with the lower township quoted Adverse P

Lower Township - I have to totally agree with the lower township quoted Adverse Possesion. I have watched 2 yards open up in our area and people literally walk their dogs through the empty lot like that's what your supposed to do. And it only took 2 hours when another opened up recently with a fence being taken down in the corner. Kids already riding through it and dogs doing their business on it within hours. I guess around here if you have an open lot it's fair game unless you fence it in. Cause unfortunately that's the way people are around here they think cause it's open they can use it!!
