I have lived in surrounding states and retired in Cape May Count

Lower Township - I have lived in surrounding states and retired in Cape May County and can't believe how their pensions and benefits are overpaid compared to major cities. How does this happen? How can police officers in Cape May County have better pensions and benefits than the policemen in Philadelphia? How can the small schools such as Lower Township have four small elementary schools with one principal for school and a superintendent, and the high school and middle schools have another school superintendent? Why can't we combine all these with a major savings to the taxpayers?
