Lower Township - I have an Idea I'd like to entertain here. The summer is coming and the "Dog haters" are coming down. Now, If we cannot hate the dog so much it would be appreciated, but as a dog lover and owner here's what I propose that I think should get results. FINE the day lights of people who don't pick up after their Dogs! Make the initial fine $1000.00. I don't like seeing dog poop anywhere either and I walk my dog every day, but I pick up also. Address it if you see it, I do. The dog is just doing what it needs to do, BLAME the owners and heavy fine! A picture is worth a thousand dollars.
