Lower Township - I have family ties to a murdered victim that “was” on Death row, that Joe Biden commuted. A Jury sentenced an Individual, actually many individuals to death. The money that was spent, the time, the horrendous crimes committed by these people and he just say’s, “I cannot let Trump carry out what I stopped”. THESE PEOPLE GAVE NO MERCY to their victims!
