Lower Township - I have called animal control, sometimes several times a week, during this past summer, about dogs running off leash on the bay beach. I also get the same answer another spouter said they get, "We are on an emergency call." One even advised me to approach the people myself to let them know the dogs need to be leashed at all times, or hand them my phone so they could tell them. I called Sept. 14 about a large, Great Dane running loose on the beach and was told it would take an hour before someone could arrive. Who can I contact in our township for actual assistance?
