I feel as though President Biden's prejudicial loan forgiveness

Lower Township - I feel as though President Biden's prejudicial loan forgiveness program could be more cheaply, logistically and equitably distributed by flying a helicopter full of cash over neighborhood’s that he alone feels deserves it, and just dumping the cash out the door. At least a higher percentage would get to people, because the bureaucracy would be eliminated from the equation and as everyone now knows, and Reagan has said, the most terrifying words in the English language were and remain, “I’m from the government and I’m here to help” Where did all the money go? It’s magic, disappeared!
