I don't think there has been a code enforcer in Lower for YEARS!

Lower Township - I don't think there has been a code enforcer in Lower for YEARS! There has been 'junk' accumulating in yards, no permit building going on (and some not up to code-windows)! We really need people in office who CARE about Lower!!! Know anyone??!!
