I do hope that the Herald has or is going to bring suit against

Lower Township - I do hope that the Herald has or is going to bring suit against the person who brought suit challenging freedom of the press and the lawyer who thought it was a good idea to present this case to the court, for legal expenses and damages. It seems that the only thing people understand fully is money out of their own pocket, freedom of the press is settled case law, and in my opinion, and as I have seen many times, people must pay for foolish behavior and wasting everyone’s time and money. It is very telling that the case was dismissed without prejudice, as it indicates no merit to be found.
