Lower Township - I currently pay property tax, consisting of County tax, and school tax, state sales tax, state income tax, federal income tax, gasoline tax and currently, the tax that is inflation. I await the day when my taxes will be totaled, and if I’ve been a little too successful that year, I will be taxed on the tax. Perhaps a more successful approach would be to more efficiently spend less. . It does not take a mathematician to determine that if the average worker gets a 5% raise annually, yet total expenses due to tax increases and inflation are up double digits, sustainability will be impossible.
