Lower Township - I can tell you why there are few good jobs, and these towns are broke and your taxes are high. Government employees are retiring in their early 50's with huge pensions and benefits for life. They then get the first shot for other openings as security guards and custodians in schools and other preferred jobs. This does not open up jobs for others. Just look at Lower Township schools and Middle Township schools. Retired police in all schools. Again, they never come close to putting in what they receive in retirement. That's why towns are going broke.
