I am a long time Lower Twp Teacher who returned to my classroom

Lower Township - I am a long time Lower Twp Teacher who returned to my classroom this week to find it a total disaster. Board & Administration, who is in charge? Who is responsible for the deplorable conditions of our schools? Rooms are dirty, no air conditioning in some, ceiling tiles down like a construction site not a building ready for school The schools have never been in this condition in my many years of teaching here .
