Lower Township - I am all for the sidewalk along the bay! I would love to walk safely there rather than going into Cape May. Why the homeowners in the area are against it I just can't figure out. It is not "your" beach. It belongs to the community, and this taxpayer wants a safe place to walk and enjoy the bay.
