Lower Township - I agree with the spouter about the dog being tied out all night. Do you not have any compassion towards your animal?? They do feel the cold you know?? Please parents STOP buying pets for your kids, only for you not to not care for them and just throw them out in the weather and forget about them. Thats not right and I hope someone does call the police! I'm sick of the barking as well
