Lower Township - I agree with spouter 2/26, NCM. I knew better but chose a contracter hastily. I asked if licensed and insured but did not see it in writing. Ends up he was using his ex partners license. Work was shoddy. Pushed me to spend more than agreed on. I will never hire anyone with out of state license plates again. I also lost elec. outlet service in one room, he said was just coincidence. I have learned my lesson. Please take your time when hiring a contracter. Good Luck!
