Lower Township - How long of a morning break do Lower Township municipal workers get? I live next to a convenience store, and noticed trucks in the parking lot in the mornings for over one hour. Nice way to start your mornings at taxpayers' expense. I wish Spout Off had a page you could send pictures or videos of how these people are ripping off taxpayers.
