Lower Township - Hordes of hooded masked kids are ransacking malls and other stores in an attempt to steal and hurt bystanders. This is happening in democratic cities. Lawmakers should create a law that says, if you commit a crime while wearing any type of mask and/or clothing, with the intent to hide your face, it is a mandatory felony and 5-year prison sentence.
