Lower Township - Has anyone seen Batman running around in his dark silver, late model Mustang with a tuned obnoxious exhaust? He flies down the highway, in and out of traffic and I even seen him several times running down the shoulder of the road about scaring motorists that are driving like normal. This guy is going to get someone killed or at least a few lumps when he encounters the wrong guy. Maybe the Joker will have a surprise for him when he least suspects it, then the question will be asked, "where are the cops when you need one"?
