Lower Township - The discussion and presentation by the manager, and those who appointed him on council was rather amusing. The chief of police and the other professional folks at the meeting were unable to give specific answers as to the cost of the police building. Instead, the township clerk asked for a vote from council to hire an architect. What is going on with the manager's preparation? With 570 municipalities in the state, I am sure that cost figures could be readily available.
