Lower Township - The comment from Lower Township not having affordable housing for locals. Homes in the area are selling for big dollars and the locals that let their properties fall into disrepair are taking the money and running. Don't be angry at out of towners for purchasing these properties and turning them into beauties again. One of my local neighbors recently sold their home for over $400,000. They are taking their money and going to Estelle Manor where they can buy an affordable house and still have money in the bank. Food for thought.
